You can browse our store without creating an account. However, to place an order, you must log in using your mobile number via OTP for order verification and support purposes.

You can view your order history by visiting the My Orders section on the website after logging in.

Yes. We take data security seriously. All transactions are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways that follow global security standards. Your personal information is access-controlled and never shared with unauthorized parties.

4. Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We currently deliver to over 28,000 pin codes across India.

5. What are the delivery timelines?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Once picked up by our logistics partner, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location.

6. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before payment.

7. How can I track my order?
You can track your order directly from the website. Additionally, tracking updates will be shared via email and WhatsApp by our logistics partner.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods.

10. What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

11. What if I face an issue with my order?
